
Refund / Return Policy — Richmond Shirt

At Richmond Shirt, we are committed to providing high-quality wholesale shirts. Since we operate in the wholesale/B2B segment, our return and refund conditions are different from retail purchases.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Size ratio mismatch
- Damaged or defective product
- Quantity mismatch
Not Eligible:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Use, wash, or alteration of product
- Minor color or thread variations
- Bulk clearance or sale lots
2. Time Limit for Return
You must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3. How to Raise a Request
Send the following details:
- Clear photos/videos of damage or wrong product
- Packaging and invoice details
- Full product images

4. Return Process
If approved, return pickup will be arranged (where serviceable). Product must be unused and in original packaging. Refund/exchange is processed after quality check.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for wrong products, damaged goods, or when replacement is not available.
Refund Mode: Bank transfer/UPI. Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.
6. Exchange Policy
Available stock will be sent as replacement at no extra cost (for eligible cases).
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
